Director
Simon started working for Crew Hammond (the previous iteration of Fuller & Roper) in 2001. He qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 2005 (gaining fellowship in 2010), and has since obtained fellowship as a chartered accountant too.
Simon is experienced in all areas of accountancy and tax, having spent over 25 years working in practice.

Director
Ben has worked at Fuller & Roper since 2008, and qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 2014 (gaining fellowship in 2019). He became a director of Fuller & Roper in 2022.
Having spent over 15 years working in practice, Ben is experienced in all areas of audit, accountancy and tax.

Ashley Davis

Audit & Accounts Manager
Ashley joined Fuller & Roper in 2022. He qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 2013, and has over 13 years of experience working in practice.
Ashley oversees our audit and accounts work, but is also very experienced in tax matters and prepares both personal and corporation tax returns.

Kelly Roper

Tax Manager
Kelly joined Fuller & Roper in 2007, and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2022. She went on to qualify as a chartered tax adviser in 2023.
Kelly oversees our personal tax work and also prepares accounts and corporation tax returns. She can also be found assisting with audits in busy periods.

Kayleigh Briggs
Payroll & Bookkeeping Manager
Kayleigh joined Fuller & Roper in 2017 and has since obtained the ICB Level III Diploma in Payroll Management. Kayleigh is currently working towards her AAT qualification.
Kayleigh oversees our payroll, bookkeeping and VAT work and also assists in the draft preparation of accounts and tax returns.

Debra Groves
Payroll & Bookkeeping Administrator
Debra joined Fuller & Roper in 2008 having come from an administrative background.
Debra is responsible for completing the majority of our payrolls and VAT returns.

Katie Roper
Trainee Accountant
Katie joined Fuller & Roper in 2022 after completing her A levels. She is currently studying towards her AAT qualification, with the intention of obtaining ACA and CTA qualifications in the future.
Katie assists in the draft preparation of accounts, tax returns, payrolls and VAT returns.
